Spent a weekend backpacking with this and very happy. It was 95* day and 50* nights, thought it breathed very well and zero condensation problems. I'm 6'4 and can lay out but feet sort of touch the wall, plenty of room in the tent so it was comfortable both nights. Also very light for price. Was no problem throwing this in the pack with other gear. Floor seems solid so far, zippers work great also. 2 people without gear could fit no problem. No brainer here.

I bought this tent to go on a 3 day trip to the Santa Cruz Island, one of the Channel Islands off the coast off Ventura, CA. The weather conditions there were sunny most of the time, but it got really cold at night. The tent was great for me and my girlfriend. We fit perfectly, us and our gear. We are 5'3" so maybe that helped a lot LOL. The only tiny problem was that there was some condensation on one of the tent walls were my head was pointing at and when I woke up it felt like it was wet, it dried off quickly though. I presume that if it were to rain then the tent wouldn't hold up and everything would get wet, I wouldn't try it out in the rain. Nevertheless, I like this tent for camping in dry, sunny areas. This is my first tent so I wouldn't know much about "better" quality tents, this one is very spacious and keeps me warm at night so that's all I really need.

First it's small. i'm 5'7" and i could barely stretch lying on the tent floor. if you're a few inches taller or want to use any sort of cot or even matress you may be out of luck. secondly the quality is very poor. there is a place where stitching went wrong and after they restitched the two rows of holes left from previous stitching go along for about 5-6 inches. Also when i was disassembling it the pole junction disconnected as it often happens, when i put two pole pieces back together some material got pinched inside. when i released it (in about 3 sec) it was torn in that place. yes, it's light but mostly because it's small and has tiny rainfly. i wouldn't count on it in serious backcountry trip with unpredictable weather. You may be able to find some use for it like for the kids in backyard but then there are better tents for the money in your neighbourhood walmart.
